MyMenu is NMU's tool designed specifically with your needs in mind.
This online resource can help you make the best possible food selections tailored to your personal dietary needs and/or preferences. We hope you use MyMenu on a regular basis to:
- Review your food options up to a week in advance at most on-campus eateries
- Identify allergens present in foods prepared by our chefs
- Preselect for certain eating preferences such as vegan, vegetarian, or gluten-free
- Make better choices for all your meals based on nutritional content
How to Use MyMenu for Meal Planning:
- Select the dining location of your choice from the bottom of this page.
- Select the date and meal (breakfast, lunch, dinner or everyday) of the menu you would like to view
- Review the menu options, and choose the items you plan on eating or have recently eaten
- After you have entered the correct portions for each food selection, click "Add to My Menu"
- To review the nutritional content of your entire meal, click "Meal Nutrition"
- You can also view the nutritional information of individual menu items by simply hovering over an item. This will also show you the ingredients of each product.
How to Use MyMenu to Screen for Allergens or Eating Preferences:
- On the right hand side of the page, there are eleven allergens and three eating preferences that our team of nutrition experts has identified
- To view menu items that you can eat, check the box for your allergies, if applicable and/or eating preferences
